Private Residence in Vainia

The site is located outside the village of Vainia, close to Ierapetra, Crete. This house is planned for a family as their permanent place of living

The house is a little lifted from the ground and has a simple form of its contour. The interior space has the living room, the kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom an office and three bedrooms, one with ensuited bathroom. The exterior space combines materials of stucco and stone and the veranda pergola is hanged from beams. Also next to house it is constructed a second pergola area with BBQ space for the family and their friends needs.

The free space of the plot is designed with selected planting with domestic plants.
